A2A That depends how long ago it was.lf you met the terms of the conditions you should get that record expunged.Then its off your record completely. Anyone in Canada can get a conditional discharge expunged after all the conditions have been met. You dont even need a lawyer for this either. Just go to the Police department + ask them to remove it from your record.For now though, this should not affect your PR application if the CIC can see that the terms of the condition have been met.So dont worry about it.l wish you all the best.
